Richard Howe, managing partner at the Howe & Associates law firm, has appeared recently on an episode of the Shrimp Tank podcast show. The personal injury attorney gave an appearance on the podcast to discuss incidents related to his specialty.

Richard Howe says, “It was an honor to be asked to join in on the show.”

Shrimp Tank provides interviews with successful business owners around the nation, and gives insights into various do’s and don’ts of running a business. The show then brings in college and high school students and allows them to pitch business startup ideas. The show helps to provide information to young people about how to start and run a successful business venture.

Howe was asked to appear in the show due to the success of his law firm. During the interview, he provided insights to listeners on various aspects of running a successful firm. The firm specializes in personal injury cases, some of which could be related to workplace injuries, which the attorney touches on regularly.

“Anyone in business needs to understand how to protect themselves and their employees in the event of a workplace accident,” says the attorney. “Our firm specializes in helping clients who have been negligently or purposely harmed by an accident.”

Howe & Associates was founded in 1985 and offers personal injury and trial representation for victims of car and truck accidents, slip and fall incidents, premises liability, and other accidental injuries. Howe says that business owners are often found at fault for employee accidents. Some cases can cost tens of thousands of dollars in attorney fees, medical bills, and pay to employees who may miss work because of an accident. The attorney stresses that employees as well as employers should know the steps to take in the event a workplace accident does occur.

The law firm has more than 100 years of combined experience in their field, and has maintained a preeminent position among law professionals focusing on personal injury.
