Richard M. Howe
As a highly experienced litigation attorney and an Atlanta native, Richard Howe has represented plaintiffs in over 9000 lawsuits and legal filings.
Covering a period of over three decades, his vast legal and corporate resume reflects a term as National Accounts Director of a Fortune 500 Corporation and as Managing Partner of the Howe and Associates Law Firm.
As a litigator, Mr. Howe has received numerous accolades and is nationally recognized as one of the best lawyers in the state, by virtue of achieving an “AV PREEMINENT” rating by the most recognized and accepted legal guide in the country – The Martindale-Hubbell® Legal Directory. This prestigious recognition, which is awarded upon only a select few attorneys nationally, and only lawyers with over ten years of litigation experience even being selected as candidates, is considered as “preeminent”, and is in reality the highest rating attainable. According to the publication, this evaluation “demonstrates that an attorney has achieved the height of legal excellence and is recognized for the highest levels of integrity and skill in the practice of law”.
Mr. Howe takes pride in focusing his legal career in representing those who have been injured by others so that they can be compensated for the damages that they sustained. He has reached his goal of creating an unmatched team of seasoned personal injury professionals, with a dedicated team of investigators, paralegals and accident attorneys within the Howe Law Firm.
Richard has handled numerous six and seven figure cases to successful resolution or verdict. His most recent litigation success includes: the case of Scott v. Gunn. for $1.0 million; the case of Dispennette v. Knight for $250,000; and the case of Bulloch v. Ryder Systems for $450,000.
Richard is admitted to practice in the state, district and appellate courts in the state of Georgia and his memberships include the Georgia State Bar Association, The American Bar Association, The Commercial Law League of America, and the National Commercial Collectors Association. An Atlanta, Georgia native, he received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University and his Juris Doctor degree from John Marshall Law School.
