At an intersection, our client proceeded forward as her light turned green. Ahead of her, coming in the opposite direction, an out of control vehicle swerved into her lane, striking our client’s vehicle head-on. The force of impact from the collision pushed our client’s car a substantial distance. After being transported to the hospital via ambulance, our client was diagnosed with substantial injuries and immediately hired Howe & Associates to represent her against the insurance company. During a weekend baseball tournament held at a Georgia Sports Complex, our client was walking past a gate leading to the field of play that was mistakenly left open by the groundskeepers.
